Paul credits his late father James C. Lundgren with inspiring his love of music and both his father and his mother Maggie for supporting his pursuit of music on a professional level.  

His father was a 30 year U.S. Naval veteran of both WWI and Korea campaign primarily aboard the USS John F. Kennedy and USS Saratoga aircraft carriers.  

He provided first class entertainment for scores of dignitaries the world over as our U.S. Naval Bandmaster. He served as special assignment to edit music to film in Washington D.C. He was also an accomplished jazz drummer and percussionist for the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. 　

Paul started singing and playing drums under his father's instruction at an early age. He was encouraged to learn jazz as his foundation to rock 'n' roll, rhythm and blues and to keep his mind open to all genres of musical influence. 

Paul's brother Erik played on record labels Polygram, Geffen, Atlantic and most recently presented a gold album touring as lead guitarist for Columbia/Sony recording artist VanZant (brothers Johnny of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Donnie of 38 Special)  

Paul's strong family history of musical accolades is indeed the genesis and/or primary ingredient for his continued growth and love of both music & life.   

Paul has a great vocal range acquired through many years of live performance and studio work. He is without a doubt a gifted and charismatic front man.

 Paul is blessed with the endearing support of his loving wife Terri and children Kyle, Zack, Jacob and Matthew. He is surrounded by not only some of the best in the music business, but great friends in his band of brothers John Metcalf, Eddie Selph, Ray Wood and Bill Box.
